The UF Health Family Medicine center at Haile Plantation was a 10,000 square foot design build project consisting of a family medicine practice area and an orthopedic clinic. The building was designed to allow for consistent workflow and patient management. The build-out occurred in two phases in order to deliver the family medicine practice on an accelerated schedule. Andrew Mitchell was the MEP project manager from project inception until completion. He personally designed the HVAC systems and plumbing systems for the facility.
